Need help - Newspaper Comic

I am working on an English assigment and we are suppose to find our favorite comic from a newspaper. I have no but either I'm crazy and just imagine the comic or it's really hard to find. The two problems are, I don't remember the comic's name or what the character's names are. -.-'

The comic is about a little girl with black hair, always wearing a black T-shirt with a white skull on it, she has a stuffed animal that is a pony. She also is always trying to take over the world.

Hopefully, atleast one person know's this comic or I'm going to call myself crazy and just give up.
